पण्डिते चैव मूर्खे च बलवत्यपि निर्बले।
ईश्वरे च दरिद्रे च मृत्योः सर्वत्र तुल्यता॥
paṇḍite caiva mūrkhe ca balavatyapi nirbale|
īśvare ca daridre ca mṛtyoḥ sarvatra tulyatā||
Death is very impartial and
it finds its targets with equal intensity on a person
whether he is a scholar or an idiot,
whether he is a strong fellow or a wealkilng,
whether he is very rich or very poor..
