मित्राण्येव हि रक्षन्ति मित्रवान्नावसीदति। 

मित्रादुत्पादितं वैरमपि मूलं निकृन्तति॥ 

इन्दिश्चे स्प्रुचे २२०३ रामायणे

mitrāṇyeva hi rakṣanti mitravānnāvasīdati| 

mitrādutpāditaṁ vairamapi mūlaṁ nikṛntati||

If one has friends, they will protect him in all situations. A man with good friends never would face challenges or slightings. However, when a close friend turns into a bitter enemy, that enmity would destroy one right upto the root.
