The devotees of Guruvayurappan are endowed with extreme mobility and robust health. They could appear in person at the exact moment their presence was required.  Narada appeared before Vyasa on such an occasion where even after completing his magnum opus, the epic Mahabharatham, he was languishing with self-doubt and sense of inadequacy. There Narada advised him to pen Srimad Bhagavatham.. Similarly, Sage Sukabrahmam appeared before Pareekshith who had been cursed to be bitten by the venomous serpent Takshaka on the seventh day and  imparted to him the Puranam so that by the advent of the seventh day, the King had become a renunciate to whom life or death would mean very little.
In the above stanza, bhattathiri reassures himself that the best of the devotees of Guruvayurappan always were in good health through the Lord's grace and therefore, the poet himself also could expect the restoration of his health through divine grace.
"Oh, the Lord of all in the Universe, it is well known that your devotees like sage Narada,  had the health to reach any place through their own secret paths because of their service to your Lotus feet,  They simply follow the path of uninterrupted bliss shown to them by the effulgence of your sweet will,  and move about without any fetters. What more  is necessary for me as proof for your concern for the health of your devotees?
