बहूनामल्पसाराणां समवायो हि दारुणः ।

Some objects or people, would be of no strength or value when considered individually.. But when they come together in sufficiently large numbers, they can pose a lot of challenges, and they can cause real damage too.
A single blade of grass may be so weak and brittle but when many shoots of grass are bunched together as a rope, such rope can be used to tie even an elephant into captivity..

ചില വ്യക്തികളും ചില വസ്തുക്കളും തനിയെ ഉള്ളപ്പോള്‍ അവയ്ക്ക് ഒരു വിലയും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. പക്ഷെ അവര്‍ തന്നെ ഒരു കൂട്ടമായി വരുമ്പോള്‍ മറ്റുള്ളവര്‍ക്ക് വെല്ലുവിളി ഉയര്‍ത്താനും എതിര്‍ക്കുന്നവരെ നേരിട്ട് പരാജയപ്പെടുത്താനും വരെ അവര്‍ക്ക് കഴിയും
ഒരു പുല്‍ക്കൊടിക്കു ഒരു വിലയും ഇല്ല.. ഒരു പ്രത്യേക കഴിവും ഇല്ല... പക്ഷെ ധാരാളം പുല്ലുകള്‍ ചേര്‍ത്തുവച്ച് കയര്‍ പിരിച്ചാല്‍ ആ കയറുകൊണ്ട് ഒരു ആനയെപ്പോലും തളയ്ക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കും
