कवयः किं न पश्यन्ति किं न खादन्ति वायसाः।

Is there anything great and sublime that the poet and the visionary cannot see?
Is there anything that the crow will not eat?
Are there any limits for the babbling and meaningless talks of the drunkards?
And are there any (cruel) deeds that bad people will not do?
A great poet or seer would be able to understand many nuances of life and would be able to record them.. We the ordinary people would never be able to do it .
The crows flying around all over the landscape would eat anything for their food.
The tongue of the fellow who has consumed liquid spirit would be absolutely loose and his mind will be completely muddled and there would be no limit as to what he would blurt out..
And a cruel sadist finds no limits as to what all evil things he can perpetrate
