Dear Venkat, the life acquires some meaning only in the pursuit of perfection.  But as and when we reach the end of the rainibow, and I am of the view that many noble souls are moving to THAT at  huge pace but no one has actually reached there, of even if he reaches there he will have not mind to come back and tell others,  so the Ultimate is out of bounds for us the lesser mortals,  We can feel the ecstasy of  undertaking the spititual journey with all its positive effects like sharing experiences, praised of the Lord, service of fellow human being etc, to name a few.  The pleasure is more in the journey that the destination itself. I wont be surprised to find the final destination completely sterile without room for any contrasts like heat and cold, pleasure and pain, light and darkness...And the mind will take note of the contrasting stimuli only if its opponent is  preseent.  Maybe that only prompted a devotee to tell Lord Ranganatha... icchuvai thavira naan poi indira ulakm aalum achchuvai sirithum venden arangamanagarullane.. It is enough to have the Pachaimaamalai thirumeni, pavalavai kamalachchengan....

Dr Infinity,

Imagine a most perfect state anywhere , much as we want to become or reach a perfected state , nothing could be more bland, and without a contextual frame of reference we would not even know what is perfection !!!

The world or the universe is in a perfect state as it is, and everything and everyone is evolving it is an on going process- just as physicists say that the Universe is ever expanding-enjoy the process without judgment nor labeling ,things are best as they are.

just contemplate ,

Regards

Want catch up with you at 4.00 a.m.

The bull elephant is at its beautiful best when it is about to manifest rut,  the sky is most bountiful where it is arrayed with raining clouds,  the night is most elegant when the full moon rises   a lady is most adorable when she has a noble character (this will apply to men also)  a horse becomes celebrity with its speed,  a household becomes attractive when there are  frequent celebrations, a speech becomes attractive with the proper use of words, grammar and syntax. the rivers add to their glory by housing attractive swan duos.  The family is the most gifted when it has an eminent son. The earth, meaning the country  shines with the good ruler. And the whole three world is brightened absolutely by the presence of the one and only Sun.
