know how to spend

न दातुं नोपभोक्तुं वा  शक्नोति कृपणः श्रियं।
किन्तु स्पृशति हस्तेन नपुम्सक इव स्त्रियं॥
भोजप्रभन्धात्
na dātuṁ nopabhokthuṁ vā śaknoti kṛpaṇaḥ śriyaṁ|
kintu spṛśati hastena napumsaka iva striyaṁ||
bhojaprabhandhāt

ന ദാതും  നോപഭോക്തും വാ ശക്നോതി കൃപണ: ശ്രിയം
കിന്തു സ്പര്‍ശതി ഹസ്തേന  നപുംസക ഇവ സ്ത്രിയം
ഭോജപ്രബന്ധo
The wretched miser  is not capable either giving away or enjoy the fruits of his immense wealth.  
He will be always touching the golden coins with affection just like a eunuch touching a beautiful woman..
Wealth for a man who neither knows how to give it away
 or enjoy it  himself is  simply of no use.  
The eunuch can touch or embrace a beautiful woman but nothing happens.
