We the ordinary humans are all somewhere in between.. and by training we may check the negative vibes,
but then the moment we relax our grip on the reins on the mind, the unwanted guests in the form of discouraging thoughts and emotions do come back..
The terrain is not easy to tread, though we can easily form pen-pictures of the ideal situation..
Human being is controlled by the mind which is fueled more by emotions than by reason..
