श्रीवेङ्कटेशस्तोत्रम्
कमलाकुचचूचुक कुङ्कुमतो नियतारुणितातुलनीलतनो ।
कमलायतलोचन लोकपते विजयी भव वेङ्कटशैलपते ॥ १॥
kamalākucacūcuka kuṅkumato niyatāruṇitātulanīlatano ।
kamalāyatalocana lokapate vijayī bhava veṅkaṭaśailapate ॥ 1॥
Oh, the Lord and Master of Venkata Mountain, May you be ever victorious
Your ever shining body of matchless blue colour is rendered partially red through the vermillion covering the nipple of the breast of Kamala the Lakshmi. You have a pair of eyes which resemble the petals of full blown lotus flower. You are the master of the whole world

Lord, the Master of the mountain Vrusha, Lord Venkatesha, may you be pleased to protect me
You are the crest jewel at the head of assemblies of gods with the four headed Brahma, the six headed Subramania and the five headed Lord Shiva in the forefront
You are exceedingly affectionate to the devotees who approach you seeking refuge
You are the most valuable, the ultimate essence of all treasures and valuable.

अतिवेलतया तव दुर्विषहै रनुवेलकृतैरपराधशतै।
भरितं त्वरितं वृषशैलपते परया कृपया परिपाहि हरे ॥ ३॥
ativelatayā tava durviṣahai ranuvelakṛtairaparādhaśatai।
bharitaṃ tvaritaṃ vṛṣaśailapate parayā kṛpayā paripāhi hare ॥ 3॥
अनुवेल without sense of proportion, without keeping count and without caring for the consequences कृतैः done perpetrated दुर्विषहैः difficult to pardon, difficult to bear अप राध शतैः hundreds of sin भरितं filled with अति वेलतया in great anxiety and with great speed तव your अन्तिकं presence त्वरितं who has rushed to मां me वृष शैल पते lord of Vrishna Shaila हरे Hari परया excesive ultimate कृपया mercy परिपाहि please protect
अधिवेङ्कटशैलमुदारमतेजनताभिमताधिकदानरतात् ।
परदेवतया गदितान्निगमैः कमलादयितान्न परं कलये ॥ ४॥
paradevatayā gaditānnigamaiḥ kamalādayitānna paraṃ kalaye ॥ 4॥
He is reigning as the supreme master of Venkata Hills He is limitlessly generous. He is always happy to provide bounties for the devotees much in excess of what they ask for. He is worshipped and celebrated as the supreme one among gods by the scriptures and Vedas. He is the beloved consort and the heartthrob of Kamala the Lakshmi. Apart from that Venkatesha, I would not think of or meditate upon any other deity.
अधिवेङ्कटशैलं the one who is residing atop the Venkata Hills उदारमतेः who Is generous excessively जनताभिमत अधिक दानरतात् who revels, who is happy to give to his devotees and dear ones much more than they requested परदेवतया निगमैः गदिताद् who is declared as the supreme lord above all deities by the scriptures and the vedic texts कमलादयिताद who is the dear consort and the heart throb of Lakshmi the Kamal परं apart from him न कलये I do not meditate, I do not want to depend.
कलवेणुरवावशगोपवधू शतकोटिवृतात्स्मरकोटिसमात् ।
प्रतिवल्लविकाभिमतात्सुखदात् वसुदेवसुतान्न परं कलये ॥ ५॥
kalaveṇuravāvaśagopavadhū śatakoṭivṛtātsmarakoṭisamāt ।
pratipallavikābhimatātsukhadāt vasudevasutānna paraṃ kalaye ॥ 5॥
I do not want ever to meditate upon nor to serve any one other than that son of Vasudeva
That son of Vasudeva who captivated the minds and hearts of tens of crores damsels of Brindaban by playing enchanting music in His divine flute
That son of Vasudeva who is as glorious, attractive and charismatic as one crore Kamadevas put together That son of Vasudeva who became the beloved of each one of those cowherd damsels and gave ecstasy to each girl individually
कलवेणु melodious sounding flute रव sound अवश being captivated शत कोटि tens or crores गोप वधू gopa, ;cowherd damsels of brindaban वृतात् surrounded by encircled by स्मर cupid कोटिcrore समात् equal to
प्रति each वल्लविका gopi, cowherd damesl अभिमतात् beloved individually सुखदात् giving happiness वसुदेवसुतात् the son of Vasudeva परम् other than, apart from न कलये I do not want to meditate upon, l do not want to serve
अभिरामगुणाकर दाशरथे जगदेकधनुर्धर धीरमते ।
रघुनायक राम रमेश विभो वरदो भव देव दयाजलधे ॥ ६॥
abhirāmaguṇākara dāśarathe jagadekadhanurdhara dhīramate ।
raghunāyaka rāma rameśa vibho varado bhava deva dayājaladhe ॥ 6॥
Oh the Divine one Rama, may you be pleased to grant us bountiful boons that we crave for
You are the treasure house of all virtues and noble qualities.
You are the valorous son of Emperor Dasaratha
You are the supreme wielder of the bow Kothanda, the unique archer in this univers without any equals
You possess a brave and steadfast mind
You are the leader of the Raghu clan
You are Rama, the Ramachandra
You are the beloved consort and master of Rema, the mahalakshmi
You are powerful, influential and generous beyond limits
And above all you are the ocean of mercy and compassion for us the earthlings

अवनीतनयाकमनीयकरं रजनीकरचारुमुखाम्बुरुहम् ।
रजनीचरराजतमोमिहिरं महनीयमहं रघुराममये ॥ ७॥
avanītanayākamanīyakaraṃ rajanīkaracārumukhāmburuham ।
rajanīcararājatamomihiraṃ mahanīyamahaṃ raghurāmamaye ॥ 7॥
I praise Rama the noble scion of Raghu clan, Rama, who is lofty in charater, status and activities, Rama who is holding the attractive hands of that worthy daughter of the earth, mother Sita, Rama whose lotus like face is as beautiful as the maker of the night, the moon itself, Rama, who is the sun who annihilated the darkness in the shape of Ravana, the king of Rakshasas who move around during nights.
अवनी the earth तनया daughter कमनीय beautiful करं holding hands रजनीकर the moon चारु beautiful मुखाम्बुरुहंlotus like रजनीचर राज the king of the people who walk in night.. the king of Rakshasa तमो darkness मिहिरं sun महनीयं lofty, great रघुरामं Rama the scion of Raghu clan अहं I अये address with respect
सुमुखं सुहृदं सुलभं सुखदं स्वनुजं च सुकायममोघशरम् ।
अपहाय रघूद्वहमन्यमहं न कथञ्चन कञ्चन जातु भजे ॥ ८॥
sumukhaṃ suhṛdaṃ sulabhaṃ sukhadaṃ svanujaṃ ca sukāyamamoghaśaram ।
apahāya raghūdvahamanyamahaṃ na kathañcana kañcana jātu bhaje ॥ 8॥
I would not, even once, worship anyone else other than Rama the one who immortalized the clan of Raghus.
Rama, who has a pleasant countenance. Rama who has a warm heart. Rama, who will give comfort and solace to us with his sweet grace. Rama who is blessed with very noble and lofty younger brothers. Rama, who shines forth in a strong, healthy and attractive body.. Rama who is capable of sending arrow without interruption, having a quiver of arrows that would never become empty.
I would never worship anyone else other than Rama even once for any reason.
अहं I सुमुखं who has a pleasant face सुहृदं who has a warm heart सुखदं who will give us comfort through his grace स्वनुजं who is blessed with very noble and great younger brothers सुकायं who shines in a strong and healthy and attractive body अमोघशरं who is capable of sending arrows without interruption , the quiver of arrows would never become empty चalso रघूद्वहं the one who has immortalized the clan of Raghus अपहाय leaving कथंचन for any reason कंचन anyone अन्यं different जातु even once न भजे would not worship
विना वेङ्कटेशं न नाथो न नाथः सदा वेङ्कटेशं स्मरामि स्मरामि ।
हरे वेङ्कटेश !प्रसीद प्रसीद प्रियं वेङ्कटेश प्रयच्छ प्रयच्छ ॥ ९॥
vinā veṅkaṭeśaṃ na nātho na nāthaḥ sadā veṅkaṭeśaṃ smarāmi smarāmi ।
hare veṅkaṭeśa !prasīda prasīda priyaṃ veṅkaṭeśa prayaccha prayaccha ॥ 9॥
Lord Hari the Venkatesha, You are my master, other than you I have not master and protector
I am ever meditating upon you, always meditating upon you
May you be pleased with me, may you be pleased with me
May your kindness endow me with whatever I desire and whatever I consider as worthy.
वेङ्कटेशं विना except venkatesa मे न नाथः न नाथः I havw no master अहं I सदा for ever वेङ्कटेशं स्मरामि meditate on vekatesha हरे वेङ्कटेश oh lord Hari, the Venkatesha मयि in me प्रसीद be pleased, प्रसीदbe pleased वेङ्कटेश Venkatesha मे for me प्रियं whatever I covet, whatever I consider as worthy प्रयच्छ give me प्रयच्छ give me
अहं दूरतस्ते पदाम्भोजयुग्मप्रणामेच्छयाऽऽगत्य सेवां करोमि ।
सकृत्सेवया नित्यसेवाफलं त्वं प्रयच्छ प्रयच्छ प्रभो वेङ्कटेश ॥ १०॥
ahaṃ dūrataste padāmbhojayugmapraṇāmecchayā''gatya sevāṃ karomi ।
sakṛtsevayā nityasevāphalaṃ tvaṃ prayaccha prayaccha prabho veṅkaṭeśa ॥ 10॥
Oh Lord Venkatesha, with intense yearning to fall at your pair of feet which resemble lotus flowers, I have travelled a lot covering a great distance, and reaching your abode I am offering this Pooja or worship to you.
May your exalted grace be pleased to accept this single worship and Pooja as Pooja offered at your lotus feet every day and I may be blessed with the bounty due to such interrupted daily worship.
अहं I ते your पदाम्बोज the lotus like feet of yours युग्मpair प्रणामेच्छया to pay obeisance दूरतः from far away place इह here आगत्य having come सेवां करोमि worshipping you
प्रभो वेङ्कटेश Great Lord Venkatesh त्वं you मे for me सकृत् solitary, one time सेवया worhsip नित्य daily सेवा worship फलं positive results प्रयच्छ प्रयच्छ please give, please give
अज्ञानिना मया दोषानशेषान् विहितान् हरे ।
क्षमस्व त्वं क्षमस्व त्वं शेषशैलशिखामणे ॥ ११॥
ajñāninā mayā doṣānaśeṣān vihitān hare ।
kṣamasva tvaṃ kṣamasva tvaṃ śeṣaśailaśikhāmaṇe ॥ 11॥
Lord Hari, you occupy the peak of Sesha Mountain and shine at the top as if you are a precious gem adorning the head of that mountain. I confess that , since I am ignorant and lack finesse innumerable sins and wrongdoings were perpetrated by me over long periods. May you be pleased to forgive all those sins and misdeeds and protect me. May you be pleased to forgive me.
शेष शैल शिखामणे Lord, you stand atop the Sesha Mountain, giving audience as if you are the gem adorning the peak of that mountain हरे Hari त्वं you अज्ञानिना a fellow with no knowledge, no finesseमया by me विहितान् perpetrated अशेषान् without limits, without any balance दोषान् sins bad deeds क्षमस्व forgive त्वं क्षमस्व you forgive my sins
കമലാകുചചൂചുക കുങ്കുമതോ നിയതാരുണിതാതുലനീലതനോ ।
കമലായതലോചന ലോകപതേ വിജയീ ഭവ വേങ്കടശൈലപതേ ॥ ൧॥
വേങ്കടം എന്ന ശൈലത്തിന്റെ ഉടയോനെ അവിടുത്തേക്ക് എന്നും വിജയം ഭവിക്കട്ടെ
താമരപ്പെണ്ണായ ലക്ഷ്മിയുടെ മുലക്കണ്ണിന്തുമ്പിലെ കുങ്കുമം പൂശി എപ്പോഴും ചുവന്നിരിക്കുന്ന സമാനതകളില്ലാത്ത തിളങ്ങുന്ന നീല നിറം പൂണ്ട മേനിയാണ് അവിടുത്തേത്
വിടര്ന്ന താമരയിതളുകള് പോലെ ഭംഗിയാര്ന്ന കണ്ണുകള് അവിടുത്തെ സുന്ദരനാക്കുന്നു
അവിടുന്ന് ഈ ലോകത്തിന്റെ, ഈ പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിന്റെ മുഴുവന് ഒരേ ഒരു നാഥനാണ്
സചതുര്മുഖഷണ്മുഖപഞ്ചമുഖപ്രമുഖാഖിലദൈവതമൌലിമണേ ।
ശരണാഗതവത്സല സാരനിധേ പരിപാലയ മാം വൃഷശൈലപതേ ॥ ൨॥
വൃഷശൈലത്തിന്റെ ഉടയോനായ ഭഗവാനേ വെങ്കടേശ, എന്നെ രക്ഷിച്ചു അനുഗ്രഹിക്കുവാന് അവിടുത്തേക്ക് തിരുവുള്ളം ഉണ്ടാവണേ
അവിടുന്ന് നാലുമുഖം കൊണ്ട ബ്രഹ്മാവ്, ആറുമുഖനായ സ്കന്ദന് അഞ്ചു മുഖങ്ങളുള്ള ഭഗവാന് ശങ്കരന് എന്നിവര് പ്രമുഖരായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്ന ദേവന്മാരുടെ നിരയില് ശിരസ്സിലെ ഉത്തമമായ രത്നം എന്നപോലെ ഏറെ പ്രാധാന്യത്തോടെ നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു
അവിടുന്ന് ആശ്രയം തേടി അവിടുത്തെ തിരുവടിയില് അഭയം പ്രാപിക്കുന്ന ജനങ്ങളോട് ഏറെ വാത്സല്യം വച്ച് പുലര്ത്തുന്നു.
പ്രപഞ്ചത്തില് കാണുന്നതും ലഭിക്കാവുന്നതും ആയ എല്ലാ നിധികളുടെയും ഒന്ന് ചേര്ന്ന സാരവും സത്തയും ഘനീഭവിച്ചു നില്ക്കുന്ന യാഥാര്ഥ്യം ആണ് അവിടുന്ന്
അതിവേലതയാ തവ ദുര്വിഷഹൈ രനുവേലകൃതൈരപരാധശതൈ।
ഭരിതം ത്വരിതം വൃഷശൈലപതേ പരയാ കൃപയാ പരിപാഹി ഹരേ ॥ ൩॥
വൃഷശൈലത്തിന്റെ നാഥനായ വെങ്കടേശ, ഹരിയെന്ന ഭഗവാനെ, അവിടുത്തേക്ക് ഈയുള്ളവനില് കനിവ് ഉണ്ടായി അടിയന്റെ തെറ്റുകള് പൊറുത്ത് രക്ഷിക്കാന് തിരുവുള്ളം ഉണ്ടാവണേ. കണക്കില്ലാത്ത പ്രാവശ്യം ഒരു മാപ്പും അര്ഹിക്കാത്ത അതിരുവിട്ട പാപങ്ങളും തെറ്റുകളും ചെയ്തുകൂട്ടി അതുകൊണ്ട് ജീവിതം നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന, ആ പാപഭാരം ഭയന്ന് വേറെ ഒരു വഴിയും കാണാതെ രക്ഷക്കായി തിടുക്കപ്പെട്ടു വേറൊന്നും നോക്കാതെ അവിടുത്തെ തിരുമുമ്പില് സംരക്ഷണം തേടി വന്നെത്തി കാത്തു നില്ക്കുകയാണ് ഞാന്.
അധിവേങ്കടശൈലമുദാരമതേജനതാഭിമതാധികദാനരതാത് ।
പരദേവതയാ ഗദിതാന്നിഗമൈഃ കമലാദയിതാന്ന പരം കലയേ ॥ ൪॥
വെങ്കടശൈലത്തില് അവിടുന്ന് നാഥനായി എഴുന്നരുളുന്നു. ഔദാര്യത്തില് അവിടുത്തേക്ക് തുല്യനായി ആരും എവിടെയും ഇല്ല. ആശ്രിതര്ക്ക് അവര് ചോദിച്ചതിലേറെ അനുഗ്രഹങ്ങളും സമ്പത്തും നല്കുവാന് അവിടുത്തേക്ക് എന്നും ഇഷ്ടമാണ്, ആനന്ദമാണ്. എല്ലാ ദേവന്മാര്ക്കും അധീശനായി അവിടുത്തെ വേദങ്ങളും പുണ്യ ഗ്രന്ഥങ്ങളും വാഴ്ത്തുന്നു. താമരയില് കുടികൊള്ളുന്ന കമല എന്ന ശ്രീദേവിയുടെ പ്രാണനാഥനാണ് അവിടുന്ന് . ആ ഭഗവാനെയല്ലാതെ ഒരു ദേവനേയും സ്മരിക്കുവാനോ അശ്രയിക്കുവാനോ ഞാന് തയാറല്ല.
കലവേണുരവാവശഗോപവധൂ ശതകോടിവൃതാത് സ്മരകോടിസമാത് ।
പ്രതിപല്ലവികാഭിമതാത്സുഖദാത് വസുദേവസുതാന്ന പരം കലയേ ॥ ൫॥
ആ വസുദേവന്റെ ഓമാനമകനെയല്ലാതെ മറ്റാരെയും സ്മരിക്കുവാനും സേവിക്കുവാനും എനിക്ക് താല്പര്യമില്ല.
ഓടക്കുഴലില് അമാനുഷികമായ സംഗീതം ഒഴുക്കി ആയര്പാടിയിലെ നൂറുകോടി ഗോപികമാരുടെ ഹൃദയം കവന്നെടുത്ത് അവരെ അവശരാക്കിയ ആ യുവകോമളന്
ഒരുകോടി കാമദേവന്മാര് ഒന്നിച്ചു നിന്നാലും അവര്ക്കെല്ലാം കൂടിയുള്ള സൌന്ദര്യവും പൌരുഷവും ഇവന്റെ ഭംഗിയോടു കിടപിടിക്കാന് ആവില്ല.
ആ വാസുദേവന് തന്നെ തേടിയെത്തിയ ഓരോ ഗോപികപ്പെണ്ണിനും പ്രത്യേകം ആനന്ദവും നിര്വൃതിയും നല്കുന്നു.
അഭിരാമഗുണാകര ദാശരഥേ ജഗദേകധനുര്ധര ധീരമതേ ।
രഘുനായക രാമ രമേശ വിഭോ വരദോ ഭവ ദേവ ദയാജലധേ ॥ ൬॥
ഭഗവാനെ രാമ ഞങ്ങള് കേണപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന വരങ്ങള് എല്ലാം അരുളി ഞങ്ങളെ രക്ഷിക്കാന് തിരുവുള്ളം കനിയണെ
അവിടുന്ന് എല്ലാ നന്മയുടെയും സദ്ഗുണങ്ങളുടെയും ഉറവിടമാണ്,കലവറയാണ്.
ദശരഥചക്രവര്ത്തിയുടെ വീരനായ കുമാരനാണ് അവിടുന്ന്
ധന്യമായ കൊദണ്ഡം എന്ന വില്ല് കൈയിലേന്തുന്ന അസ്ത്രവിദ്യയില് പ്രപഞ്ചത്തില് തുല്യരില്ലാത്ത, സമാനര് ഇല്ലാത്ത ശുദ്ധ വീരനാണ് അവിടുന്ന്
ധൈര്യവും നിഷ്ഠയും ഒത്തിണങ്ങിയ മനസ്സാണ് അവിടുത്തേത്
രഘുവംശത്തിലെ മുമ്പനാണ് അവിടുന്ന്
അവിടുന്ന സാക്ഷാല് രാമചന്ദ്രന് ആണ്
അവിടുന്ന് രമയായ ലക്ഷ്മിയുടെ നാഥനാണ്
പ്രതാപത്തിലും പ്രശസ്തിയിലും വിഭാവസമൃദ്ധിയിലും അവിടുന്ന് അദ്വിതീയനാണ്
ഇതിനെല്ലാമുപരി ഈ ഭൂമിയില് ജീവിക്കുന്ന ക്ഷുദ്രജീവികളായ ഞങ്ങളില് കാരുണ്യം വര്ഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കുന്ന കരുണയുടെ മഹാസമുദ്രം ആണ് അവിടുന്ന്
അവനീതനയാകമനീയകരം രജനീകരചാരുമുഖാംബുരുഹം ।
രജനീചരരാജതമോമിഹിരം മഹനീയമഹം രഘുരാമമയേ ॥ ൭॥
രഘുകുലത്തിന്റെ അഭിമാനമായ രാമനെ ഞാന് സ്തുതിക്കുന്നു. ആ രാമന് നിലയിലും വിലയിലും സ്വഭാവത്തിലും എല്ലാം ഔന്നത്യം പുലര്ത്തുന്നവനാണ്. രാമന്റെ താമരയൊത്തുള്ള മുഖം രാവില് ഉദിക്കുന്ന നിലാവിനെപ്പോലെ ഭംഗിയുള്ളതാണ്. നിശാച്ചര്ന്മാരായ രാക്ഷസന്മാരുടെ രാജാവായ രാവണന് എന്ന ഇരുട്ടിനെ നശിപ്പിച്ച സൂര്യനാണ് രാമന്.

അപഹായ രഘൂദ്വഹമന്യമഹം ന കഥഞ്ചന കഞ്ചന ജാതു ഭജേ || ൮||
രഘുവംശത്തെ അനശ്വരമാക്കിയ രാമനെയല്ലാതെ വെരോരാളെയും എപ്പോഴായാലും ഇതു കാര്യം നേടാന് വേണ്ടിയായാലും ഞാന് ഒരിക്കലും ആശ്രയിക്കില്ല, ഭജിക്കില്ല. സ്ടുതിക്കില്ല
ആ രാമന് ഉന്മേഷവും പ്രസാദവും നിറഞ്ഞ മുഖത്ത്തോടുല്ലവനാണ്.
അവന്റെ ഹൃദയം ആശ്രിതര്ക്കായി എന്നും ആര്ദ്രമായിരിക്കുന്നു.
അവന് നമുക്ക് ഇപ്പോഴും തന്റെ ദിവ്യശക്തികൊണ്ടു സൌഖ്യവും സന്തോഷവും നല്കും
അവന് ധീരരും ഉന്നതരും ആയ അനുജന്മാരാല് അനുഗൃഹീതന് ആണ്.
ശക്തിയും ആരോഗ്യവും സൗന്ദര്യവു ഒത്തിണങ്ങിയ ശാരീരിക സൌണ്ടാര്യത്താല് അനശ്വരനാണു അവന്.
അവന് അസ്ത്രം തൊടുക്കാന് ആരംഭിച്ചാല് പിന്നെ അസ്ത്രങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവാഹത്തില് ഒരു ഇടവേളയും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. ഒരിക്കലും ശൂന്യമാകാത്ത ആവനാഴിയാണ് അവനുള്ളത്
ആ രാമനെ വിട്ടു ഞാന് എന്തിനു എപ്പോഴെങ്കിലും ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരുവനെ ആശ്രയിക്കണം ?
വിനാ വേങ്കടേശം ന നാഥോ ന നാഥഃ സദാ വേങ്കടേശം സ്മരാമി സ്മരാമി ।
ഹരേ വേങ്കടേശ !പ്രസീദ പ്രസീദ പ്രിയം വേങ്കടേശ പ്രയച്ഛ പ്രയച്ഛ ॥ ൯॥
ഭഗവാനെ ഹരിയായ വെങ്കടേശ അവിടുന്നല്ലാതെ എനിക്ക് വേറെ നാഥന് ഇല്ല വേറെ രക്ഷകനില്ല.
ഞാന് എപ്പോഴും വെങ്കടേശനെ സ്മരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന.. അവിടുത്തെ എപ്പോഴുംധ്യാനിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു
ഭഗവാനെ വെങ്കടേശ അവിടുത്തേക്ക് എന്നില് പ്രീതി ഉണ്ടാവണേ എന്നില് പ്രീതി ഉണ്ടാവണേ
അവിടുന്ന് ഞാന് ഏറെ ആശിക്കുന്നതും എനിക്ക് നല്ലതാവുന്നതും ആയ എല്ലാം കനിഞ്ഞു നല്കി അനുഗ്രഹിക്കണേ
അഹം ദൂരതസ്തേ പദാംഭോജയുഗ്മപ്രണാമേച്ഛയാഽഽഗത്യ സേവാം കരോമി |
സകൃത്സേവയാ നിത്യസേവാഫലം ത്വം പ്രയച്ഛ പ്രയച്ഛ പ്രഭോ വേങ്കടേശ || ൧൦||
ഭഗവാനെ വെങ്കടേശ , അവിടുത്തെ താമാര പോലുള്ള കാലിണയെ വണങ്ങുവാനുള്ള ആഗ്രഹവും കൊണ്ട് ഏറെ ദൂരം യാത്ര ചെയ്ത് അവിടുത്തെ സന്നിധിയില് എത്തി ആ പാദങ്ങള് വണങ്ങി പൂജിക്കുന്നു.
ഞാന് അര്പ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പ്രാവശ്യം മാത്രമുള്ള പൂജ ദിവസേനയും എന്നെന്നും അര്പ്പിക്കുന്ന പൂജപോലെ സ്വീകരിച്ചു നിത്യപൂജയുടെ ഫലം കല്പിച്ച് അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചു എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കണേ.
അജ്ഞാനിനാ മയാ ദോഷാനശേഷാന് വിഹിതാന് ഹരേ |
ക്ഷമസ്വ ത്വം ക്ഷമസ്വ ത്വം ശേഷശൈലശിഖാമണേ || ൧൧||
ഭഗവാനെ ഹരി, ശേഷ ശൈലത്തിന്റെ നിറുകയില് അതിന്റെ ശിരസ്സില് അണിഞ്ഞ അമൂല്യമായി രത്നക്കല്ല് പോലെ അവിടുന്ന് ദര്ശനം നല്കുന്നു. വിവരവും വിവേകവും തൊട്ടു തീണ്ടിയിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ഈയുള്ളവന് തുടര്ച്ചയായി തെറ്റുകളും കുറ്റങ്ങളും പാപങ്ങളും മാത്രമേ ചെയ്തു കൂട്ടിയിട്ടുള്ളൂ. ഇനി ചെയ്യുവാനുള്ള തെറ്റുകള് ഒന്നും ബാക്കിയില്ല. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള എന്നോടു കനിവുണ്ടായി അവിടുന്ന് എനിക്ക് മാപ്പ് നല്കി എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കേണമേ മാപ്പ് നല്കി എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കേണമ
