If one is a rat in real life and roars like a lion here, he is neither rat nor lion

I do not believe in doing anything half-heartedly and I do not believe in trivializing anything.

There is a choice for anyone to say that social media does not represent the actual human transaction.

However, I do not want to take that option.

I know that most of the people with whom I interact and who are supposed to be my friends in social media do not take such interactions seriously. They use the forum to portray and market a larger than life image of themselves here. Most others wink at it, and mark "like" even after knowing that the tall claims are just beats of empty drums.

I do not grudge others doing that. It is their choice.

But I have always tried to interact with others in the most natural and spontaneous way from my part, neither exaggerating nor underplaying.

It is my personal standards that matter to me-whether in social media or outside-and not what others think of me.

I think, the transactions in these forums also should follow the pattern we follow in real life..

If one is a rat in real life and roars like a lion here, he is neither rat nor lion, but in my view, he is a vermin..

वेदांत विज्ञान सुनिश्चितार्थाः संन्यास योगाः यतयः शुद्धसत्त्वाः
Every Sage or Sannyasin is ultimately Lord Shankara in human shape..
Maybe the greatest of the ascetics Shankaraachaarya the Acharyaswamikal, got that name just because of that
When a sage attains Videha Mukthi or liberation from the physical body, His mortal remains are confined to mother earth by burial, but the hallowed piece of earth is consecrated by a ShivaLingam..
The memories of the Sage are worshipped as Shankara
And Sri Rudram is chanted in praised of Shankara.
Of course, it has to be remembered
that
Shankara means the eternal Lord who creates, controls and even destroys the universe...
call Him Narayana, Durga or by any other names.
एकं सद्विप्राः बहुधा वदन्ति
Ekam sadvipraa bahudhaa vadanti
The one thing which the learned people call in many ways.
Parabrahma or God has really no name.. He is present everywhere, and so every name we can think of is His name.
Still for identification, we choose some quality of His (or Hers) and call it Shiva, Rudra, Vishnu, Narayana, Durga, Ambika or Kaali..
नमोस्तु अनन्ताय सहस्र मूर्तये
सहस्र पादार्चि शिरोरुबाहवे
सहस्रनाम्ने पुरुषाय शाश्वते
सहस्र कोटीयुगधारिणे नमः.
Namstu ananthaaya sahasramoorthaye
sahasrapaadaarchi shirorubaahave
sahasranaamne purushaaya shaasvate
sahasrkotee yugadhaarine namaH..
Pranams to that being who has no destruction, who manifests in thousand shapes
Who has thousand feet, legs, heads, thighs, and hands all in thousands
Who has thousand name, who is the eternal primordial Purusha
Who carries in Himself time being reckoned in thousands of crores of units..
We have to understand this thousand as infinity..
Human mind struggles when it has to cope up with very huge and imposing things..
Then the mind finds satisfcation or repose by just giving that infinity some finite number, large enough like thousand..
NamaH Shivaaya..
