wish you a merry christmas
God sent his only begotten Son to take upon himself all the sins of we mortals and wash them away in his holy blood. There is no sacrifice greater that this ever. It is His birthday. Let us greet each other...
Dear Sir - Wish you a merry Christmas too. I find a rare combination of free flowing thoughts in your blog. In one hand , You have shared lot of vaishnavite pictures , shlokas and opinions. On the other hand you are posting in your blog that On 25th Dec God sent his "only begotten Son". Are you claiming that he is the "only begotten son"? Request you to share your actual views which are not contradicting to each other.
The thought whether He is the only begotten son could arise only if one considers that there are "isms" like Vaishnavism, Shaivism etc within Hinduism, or Christianity or other faiths. For me the Supreme being is the same one, call Him Krishna or call Him Jesus..He alone can exist eternally, and He can be born without birth, and the deathless He can give an illusion of death.. Never in my life have I felt that the name ever counts.. The same God is called by two names, or many names.. the difference is in Language.. So long as I can gain inspiration and feel the Ecstasy of being near Him either when I think of Krishna or Christ, how can I conceive on any contradiction in this? My perception of God is clear to me at least..
