First and foremost, we should try to restrict our tendency to speak or give opinions on all matters under the sky.
The next step would be to restrict the flow of thoughts to subjecs that necessary and relevant for us.
In time, we will realize that there are very few thing that are really relevant for our lives.
Such realization can open up arenas and avenues of peace .. the genuine peace.
