ऋषयो राक्षसीमाहु वाचमुन्मत्तदृप्तयोः।
सा योनिः सर्ववैराणां सा हि लोकस्य निर्ऋतिः ॥
भवभूति प्रणीते उत्तररामचरिते
ṛṣayo rākṣasīmāhu vācamunmattadṛptayoḥ|
sā yoniḥ sarvavairāṇāṁ sā hi lokasya nirṛtiḥ||
bhavabhūti praṇīte uttararāmacarite
Noble and wise sages have always called the words uttered by arrogant and excessively proud people as devilish. Those words are the breeding places for enmity and strife. Such words are harbingers of destruction of the world, nemesis indeed
From Uttara Rama Charita of Bhavabhuti
ऋषयः the sages, the wise people उन्मत्त arrogant, दृप्तयोः proud वाचं words राक्षसीं devilish आहु call
सा वाक् that word सर्व all वैराणां enmity, intense conflict योनिः womb, breeding place सा she, that word लोकस्य of the world निर्ऋतिः हि calamity, destruction, nemesis indeed.
ഋഷയോ രാക്ഷസീമാഹു വാചമുന്മത്തദൃപ്തയോഃ।
സാ യോനിഃ സര്വവൈരാണാം സാ ഹി ലോകസ്യ നിരൃതിഃ॥
ഭവഭൂതി പ്രണീതേ ഉത്തരരാമചരിതേ
വിവേകികളും ജ്ഞാനികളും ആയ ഋഷീശ്വരന്മാര് അഹങ്കാരികളുടെയും ഡoഭും ധാരഷ്ട്യവും നിറഞ്ഞു നില്ക്കുന്നവരുടെയും വാക്കുകളെ രാക്ഷസീയം എന്ന് വിളിക്കുന്നു. അത്തരം വാക്കുകള് ശത്രുതയുടെയും സംഘര്ഷത്തിന്റെയും ഉറവിടങ്ങള് ആയിരിക്കും. അത്തരം വാക്കുകള് സര്വനാശത്തിന്റെ സന്ദേശവാഹകരാണ്.
