Just for His Majesty..

Just for His Majesty..

Often I have wondered whether one can contemplate on and be in utter love with God..
forgetting himself..
without any demands or desires..
just for the love of that Divine being..
just for His grandeur..

Though a believer, I am a skeptic..
I strongly believe that we are after God because He will help us out and do favours, just as a return for our praises and servility..

I have been so all my life..
Because I am a realist

But I was listening to a group of simple people walking along the streets in the morning
singing the praises of the Lord..
on the last day of Margazhi..

It was simple singing
no grand ragams and musical efforts and sangathis..
But it touched my vitals..
My mind and brain reeled with wonder and awe..
How great is my Lord!
We can just live on,
without any other thoughts,,
just describing His gradeur..
we can even leave this body singing His praise..

Nothing else is necessary..
but a mental vision of His grandeur..

Yes, we should get some chance to Love our Lord..
even without thinking what we are doing..
or what we are expecting in return..
Just Sing His praise because
He is so beautiful,
He is so Grand..
So lovely..
He is unique.. without any comparison.

annamayya and purandara give us such a chance..

Krishna I love you..
