Nice to preach, but hard to follow

A position of authority calls for extra discipline..

It is a delusion for many of us is that we have to be industrious, highly oriented and dedicated to the causes and aims espoused by us only till the position of control or authority is just reached.

No one becomes a law unto himself just because he reaches some position of authority, or of leadership..

In fact the sense of commitment and the need for being completely disciplined should become almost an obsession for one when he is given the chance to lead..

Sounds very appealing, is it not? Nice to preach, but hard to follow.

However, this is where we fail.. and the slide to abysmal depths starts there..
