Was the poor victim a tiger or a donkey?
I have heard the story of a goat.. The goat had a beautiful bushy beard.. Its master also had one like it... The goat kept that resemblance in his mind as a symbol of divine brotherhood..
But a festival arrived. The goat was transformed into biryani.
However even today, goats love bearded men more.
പാവം വിധേയമൃഗം കടുവയായിരുന്നോ, കഴുതയായിരുന്നോ?
ഞാന് ഒരു ആടിന്റെ കഥ കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.. ആടിന്ന് ഒരു സുന്ദരമായ കുറ്റിത്താടി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.. അതിന്റെ യജമാനനും അതുപോലെ ഒന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു... ആട് ആ രൂപസാദൃശ്യം ദൈവീകമായ സാഹോദര്യത്തിന്റെ നിദര്ശനമായി മനസ്സില് സൂക്ഷിച്ചു..
പക്ഷെ പെരുന്നാള് വന്നു. ആട് ബിരിയാണിയായി രൂപാന്തരം പ്രാപിച്ചു.
എങ്കിലും ഇന്നും ആടുകള് താടിവച്ച മനുഷ്യരെ കൂടുതല് സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു.
