This slokam gives funny details of a conversation between Krishna and his love Radha
Krishna is knocking at the door of Radhas residence..
Radha Asks
को अयं द्वारि who is at my doorsteps?
Krishna Replies
I am Hari here
Hari means Krishna , and hari means monkey too
So Radha says
उपवनं प्रयाहि (if you are a monkey) go to the jungle*and do not come here. A monkey is not welcome at my home
Krishna Replies
My darling, I am Krishna
Krishna means Dark.
So Radha replies
I am terribly afraid of the black monkey
For this Krishn replies
Radha, I am Madhusoodhana
Madhusoodhana would also mean the one who hunts for honey..
So Radha replies
तां एव पुष्पान्वितां लतां व्रज then you go to the bower where there are many creepers laden with flowers (bearing honey)
May that Hari, who was rendered incapable of giving replies and was shamed by His darling Radha, protect you..
It is not that Radha is unaware that Krishna is knocking at her doors.. She just wants to tease Him..
What a lovely exchange!
