There are only two ways to deal with people with evil dispostion and those who give us suffering alone..
Just punch them on the face if they have come near us..
If they are at a distance from us, better to leave them at that distance itself..
A sound advice from none other than Chanakya
It is foolish to invite trouble..
But when trouble has presented itself with capital T before us, we have to face it and finish it with a heavy fist.
note.. kashtaka.. has another version.. kantaka.. which means a thorn.. if that meaning is taken the seer implies that if a thorn is nearby, its sharp mouth should be broken.. and if the thorn is far away we should avoid it..
