पर्वतो यथा चलनरहितस्तथा त्वं निश्चलो भव। इन्द्रो यथा द्युलोके ध्रुवस्तिष्ठति तथा त्वमिह राष्ट्रे ध्रुवस्तिष्ठतिस्तथैव स्थित्वा तदेदद्राष्ट्रमु सर्वमपि धारय पोषय। पृतनामस्मद्विरोधिनीं सेनामात्मनः इच्छन्तिति पृतन्यतस्तान्वैरिणोऽभितिष्टाभिक्रम्य निगृह्य स्थिरो भव। ते च शत्रवस्त्वत्तोऽधरे नीचाः सन्तु। इन्द्रवद्वृत्रहा शत्रुघाति तिष्ठ॥

Be as firm, mobile and solid as a mountain
Just like Indra the leader of Gods standing firm in the holy realms of heaven, like the immovable Pole star Dhruva.. you too remain firm and solid in this country .
Sitting firm you rule the entire nation.
May you have complete victory by defeating and annihilating all the forces of our enemies who ever remain intent on causing damage to us..
may you stand firm, stable and determined after gaining such victory..,
May your enemies be ever forced to remain under you, in subjugation to you.
May you ever be the annihilator of and the victor over your enemies just like Indra who defeated the asura, Vritra and emerged as victorious for ever..
May there be righteousness and may there be victory..
