कालानुसृत्यं मूर्खस्य संभाषणमपि सम्मानं प्राप्यते

असमयकथितं परमेश्वरस्य नीतिवाक्यमपि वृथा भवति।

कालानुसृत्यं मूर्खस्य संभाषणमपि सम्मानं प्राप्यते॥

सुभाषिते

asamayakathitaṁ parameśvarasya nītivākyamapi vṛthā bhavati|

kālānusṛtyaṁ mūrkhasya saṁbhāṣaṇamapi sammānaṁ prāpyate||

If,the pronouncement of proper law given by Lord Parameshwara himself is quoted at the worng place and at the wrong time ti may become ineffective and useless.

Even a blabbering by an idiot, if it would suit the occasion would become appropriate and effective too..

Timing is very important..

The target audience is also of great relevance..

Good words, good advice given to an unruly mob or to a set of senseless people would never have any effect..
