अव्याकरणमधीतं भिन्नद्रोण्या तरङ्गिणीतरणम्।

भेषजमपथ्यसहितं त्रयमिदमकृतं वरं न कृतम्॥

avyākaraṇamadhītaṁ bhinnadroṇyā taraṅgiṇītaraṇam|

bheṣajamapathyasahitaṁ trayamidamakṛtaṁ varaṁ na kṛtam||

Another sane advice from our elders

The following three things are better if they are not done, rather than being done

1. Study of a language without proper training in grammar

2. Travel and attempt to cross a huge ocean or river in a leaking or broken boat

3 Taking medicine without following the rules of diet prescribed by the physician

Yes, we need not experiment with situations and ideas which are doomed to bring us disaster only.. and we can know that even without much thought..
