I had posted a quote about life after death as found in Brihadaranyakopanishad.
The subject is rather technical.
I had posted that in a slightly complicated manner.
In plain words the content is as follows
Sir it was actually written four or five years ago. If I wrote it today I would have made it very simple but elaborate.
The idea is just an echo of Gita.
If we do good and bad in this world and we leave for the abode of death with unfinished karma we may partially enjoy the benefits of good karma or expiate sins either in swarga or naraka but would be thrown back to this earth to finish off part of karmas which could be done only in this world.
The cycle would repeat.
But if we exist here doing things without desires and in complete surrender and of dedication to the divine we would burn off all our accumulated karmas and in addition the results of karma with offer to god will not affect us in any way.
So when we are ready to depart we would simply go to the abode of the divine from where we would not come back..
But we would be enjoying complete freedom and emancipation
