Our lives are not in-service courses in morality

We are living beings with emotions, capacity to laugh and cry, embrace and fight, endear and hate.. see and enjoy, see and hate too.. and every sense or emotion is given to us so that every one of it is put to use....
So, to think that we should do only positive things is to negate a vital part of negativity integrally embedded in us and to deny its rightful due..
We cannot evaluate every action in terms of what is generally felt and considered by the "correct" people as right..
Our lives are not in-service courses in morality by any stretch of imagination..
We should definitely take the liberty and find time to laugh loud, cry louder, belch, fart, shout, and even use some abusive words once in a while..
We can put our journeys, Facebook selfies and many such things too in those categories..
So even if pilgrimage, may be a cover up for inadequacies, but at the same time, it is a process of giving some independence to the imp within us.. Some use the pilgrimages to flirt, to have a peg or two, to sit together and scandalize and so on.. Even the songs of obscenity in Kodungallur Bharani can be related to this feeling..
my view is a little outlandish and even may be blasphemous
but then life is like that..
