बलोत्कटेन दुष्टेन मर्यादारहितेन च।
न सन्धिविग्रहो नैव विना यानं प्रशस्यते॥
इन्दिश्चे स्प्रुचे ४४१३ ४६१९ पञ्चतन्त्रे
balotkaṭena duṣṭena maryādārahitena ca|
na sandhivigraho naiva vinā yānaṁ praśasyate||
indiśce spruce 4413 4619 pañcatantre
If an enemy, even if he is apparently strong, is wicked and does not either know or care to follow the limits or barriers and the ground in realities in warfare, no alliance or truce with him viable. Immediate attack and stiff fight to finish is the only course to pursue.
