सुचिन्त्य चोक्तं सुविचार्य यत्कृतम्।

Whatever a person speaks after clear and detailed thinking and whatever person does or puts into action after considering all the pros and cons in detail would never bring bad results or evil consequences even as time passes.
The advice is against impulsive talk and deeds.
If we take action in a haste, that can bring in disaster too.
A good worker uses substantial portion of his working hours in sharpening his tools and honing up his talents and resources.
