Many of them are offered pooja even before I was born

I have a lot of fond hopes or desires and expectations.

May be silly.

The plants around in my house like Mandarams, Chemparuthi, Thechi, should give a lot of flowers daily

There should be many Thulasi plants and they should grow well

There should be a bilvam plant

Yes then I can have many flowers to offer pooja to my Gods.

I would love to offer a lot of tasty food and fruits as naivedyam..

Is it that I want to pray and get back a lot from the gods..?

Not really.

What is there to get?

And where is the guarantee that Gods will give anything we ask for ?

Usually they do not give.

Then these tiny idols and pictures are so dear to me.

Many of them are offered pooja even before I was born..

My father and grandfather worshipped them and they loved them too

They are just a part of me

Whether I like it or not, I love them..

The matter is so simple.
