अपूर्वो भाति भारत्याः काव्यामृतफले रसः।

चर्वणे सर्वसामान्ये स्वादुवित्केवलं कविः॥

सुभाषितरत्नाकरे भोजप्रबन्धे महासुभाषितसङ्ग्रहे २११४

apūrvo bhāti bhāratyāḥ kāvyāmṛtaphale rasaḥ|

carvaṇe sarvasāmānye svāduvitkevalaṁ kaviḥ||

The language and literature of Bharati, Sanskrit, the language of India, is indeed unique and without any comparison when it comes to the taste of the essence of nectar oozing forth from the ripe fruits that are its literary creations. The words and sentences may look ordinary, earthly and mundane to the uninitiated,to the one who is not having adequate knowledge, and such learner would find the contents very ordinary and bland. It would require great patience and dedication to devlop genuine taste for and to become a connoisseur and once that stage is reached the gnuine taste for the language and liteature that would uplift our spirits to unearthly levels would be the result.
