But this world, the humanity, the nations.. have a judicial system and most segments of social groups have evolved laws of evidence for themselves and their constituents and usually such laws would apply for all.. From that angle certain things are taken as proved and such things cannot be said as illusory for a person just because he is inebriated or under the influence of some drug and therefore the consequences for such acts of commission or omission would visit him.. and the external influence can at best be cited as a mitigating factor particularly in cases where the drugs are administered without the consent of the victim.. So something which is claimed as a fact for a person under hallucination alone can have little persuasive value for the group or society as a whole..
