I meditate upon that Supreme Divinity Skanda, the Six-faced one, living happily in the shores of South Seas
(Tiruchendur), the one whose abode is the heart of sages, yogis and gods like Narada, the one who sits atop a
peacock, the one who is the favourite son of Shiva, the divine one, who shatters
all the diseases, sins and sorrows of the devotees.

I meditate upon that
six- faced Divinity Skanda who has taken for abode the southern shores of the
ocean at Tiruchendur, Skanda the lord
who is the arch enemy of demon Taraka, the Lord who is worshipped by all gods with
Indra in the forefront, the supreme one
whose presence give the same cool, comfortable feel of the moon and the sandal
paste, Shanmukha who is worshipped by
celestial beings like Yakshas, Siddhas and Kinnaras.

I am meditating upon
that Supreme Divinity, the six-faced Skanda, residing merrily in the Southern
Shores of Tiruchendur. He is
attractively decorated with Champaka, Lotus and Jasmine flowers. He wears six
crowns that are divinely decorated. He
wears matching ear ornaments, garlands and necklaces too. His body is anointed with sandal paste soaked
in saffron buds

॥ 4
I meditate upon that
six-faced Skanda who has chosen for residence the vast expanse of sands in the seashores of Tiruchendur. He is bountiful in
granting all the desires of his devotees including gods who are solely
dependent on Him. He holds the all-powerful
Shaktivel on his hand, he is the master for Achyuta a d Brahmadeva. He is eager
to grant all the desires of good human beings in this world

Let me ever meditate
upon that six-faced Divinity Skanda who has selected for his sojourn the dense
sandy shores of the Southern seas of India at Tiruchendur. He is the protector and leader of crores of
warriors with Veerabahu in the lead. He is the one who decimated and granted
emancipation to lakhs and crores of demons led by Shoorapadma. He is the one
who provides leadership a d protection to the entire group of devas with Indra
as their leader.

I meditate upon that
six-faced wonder that is Skanda. He has taken for his residence the sand dunes
of Southern seas at Tiruchendur. He gave protection and fulfilled the fond
prayers of Indrani the consort of Indra, the leader of gods and annihilator of
the demon Jamba. He accepted Agastya the thumb-sized sage born inside an
earthen-pot as disciple and imparted supreme knowledge on dharma to him. He is
the one who acts as a safe sailing vessel for people thrown into the murky
waters of worldly woes. He is the darling child of Uma the Ambika and he is
very quick in granting prayers of the devotees.

I offer my respects to
that Skanda with Six faces, who lives on merrily wandering in the sandy shores
of Southern Seas at Tiruchendur. His
attractive lotus-like face resembles one crore full moons in wholesome
brilliance. His lofty activities attract great praise eternally. He grants the
coveted cravings of his staunch devotees. He is brilliantly shining with a body
hue equalling pure gold. He is the guru and preceptor for all the great siddhas
on this earth.

I meditate with fond dedication on the form of that
six-headed master Skanda who gives divine audience in the southern banks of the
ocean at Tiruchendur. He is eternally eager to ensure that the sins accumulated
by his dependents even during the past lives are removed entirely. He is the
one who grants bounteous results for all the charities and munificence on the
part of the devotees and reinforces the virtues earned in the former lives. He
is the effective destroyer of the entire mass of our enemies. He is the beloved
consort of Devasena, the daughter of Indra
