धाराधरा एव धराधराणां निदाघदाहं शमितुं न नद्यः

 

तुङ्गासनास्तुङ्गतराः समर्थाः मनोरथान्पूरयितुं न नीचाः।

धाराधरा एव धराधराणां निदाघदाहं शमितुं न नद्यः॥

सुभाषितरत्नाकरे

tuṅgāsanāstuṅgatarāḥ samarthāḥ manorathānpūrayituṁ na nīcāḥ|

dhārādharā eva dharādharāṇāṁ nidāghadāhaṁ śamituṁ na nadyaḥ||

Only persons in highly inflential positions who are aso havng capacity to handle a project with adequate efficiency and wherewithals would be able to initate and execute worthy projects of huge magnitude. The work would be entirely beyod the capability of the lesser ones lacking in dexterity. When the hot season arrives and the mountain-peaks get heated up excessively, such heat can be brought down by copious dark clouds gathering up in the sky and pouring heavy rain all over the mountain drenching it entirely. There may be rivers flowing down perinnilly from the peaks but such rivers would never be of any help in bringing down the sweletering heat and progressing draught in the mountain valley.
