Looking inside oneself ,
trying to figure out our inner engineering and either discovering or tracing some blissful place there
or
trying to create such place out of even nasty sectors filling our innards..
that is indeed the sum and substance of life.
We can consider our life as having any value only if we have at least a little space of that bliss and ecstasy inside us before we leave.
We should transform our life in such a way that life lives for us and not we live for the life
