Paavanee, पावनी ,Seethaa.. सीता, Suchakshu सुचक्षु --These are the names of the two darling daughters of Himavan. How sweet, soft and lilting are those names..I was just mentioning some of the names used for the two daughters of Himavan in Valmikiramayanam. Uma and Ganga are not merely the daughters of Himavan the mountain.. They are our daughters, daughters of everyone existing here in this beautiful peninsula south of Himalayas.
