അടുത്തജന്മത്തില്‍പട്ടിയാവുമെന്നു വിചാരിച്ച് ഇപ്പോള്‍തന്നെ കുരക്കാന്‍ പറ്റുമോ

 

Realization is just a lofty ideal.. we would strive to attain... But I am reminded of a saying in Malayalam.. അടുത്തജന്മത്തില്‍പട്ടിയാവുമെന്നു വിചാരിച്ച് ഇപ്പോള്‍തന്നെ കുരക്കാന്‍ പറ്റുമോ ..can I start barking now itself because I might become a dog some day or in some life... The practical and invigorating thought process in Gita are for me more valuable.. As long as we continue to live this life with hunger, pleasure, pain, parents, wife and children and friends too, we have to be just exists conforming to the ways of the world..

I have found on a realistic evaluation that most of the Sannyasis or thyagis we find in flesh and blood are not that much of Sannyasis and Thyagis...

And the exceptional few are either really too great.. or alternately they require some analysis of the mind in a medical way..

In fact, such stuff, especially if the language and expression are nice are indeed treats to the lover of words.. and that is all..

I have read, studied and posted about such topics, sometimes assuming that I am on a high pedestal so close to realization, but the ecstasy of such writings have been too fleeting, and when I reach the real earth, I reach a state where I am neither able to laugh or cry..
