Our ancestors could see even theft as an art and science and they even wrote books on it

In Satarudriyam of Yajurveda we did not hesitate to address

Rudra as Taskaraanaam pathaye namo nama.. तस्कराणां पतये नमो नमः ( pranams twice to the leader of the thieves)

However, there were laws of sorts even for that art.

But what to say about the social and political and glib fellows and tax collectors of today who steal without any rules and pretend to carry the capacity to loot others as feathers in their caps..?

( യജുര്‍വേദം) രുദ്രനെ "തസ്കരാനാം പതയേ നമോനമഃ എന്ന് സ്തുതിക്കാന്‍ നമുക്ക് മടിയുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല..

പക്ഷെ അവിടെയും ആ കലയിലും ചില നിയമങ്ങളുണ്ടായിരുന്നു..

പക്ഷെ നിയമങ്ങള്‍ ഒന്നുമില്ലാതെ കക്കുകയും അത് ഭൂഷണമായി കൊണ്ടുനടക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന നേതാക്കളെയും ചുങ്കക്കാരെയും കുറിച്ച് എന്ത് പറയാന്‍?
