So many times people say that if you see the pain of others then you will not feel yours.
Honestly, that is simply a lie.
If I have a headache or toothache I will have to suffer and to lessen the pain, I can swallow a paracetamol tablet. Alternatively, visit a dentist and remove a couple of offending teeth
However, just thinking that my friend is having piles or even enlargement of prostrate is defintely not going to lessen my pain.
Social media philosophers are merely bluffing.
