A brilliant mind is necessary for all transactions in life..

and that includes communication too..

either speaking or writing. or any mode including fine arts.

Mastery over the structure and symphony of the language is a great asset.

But even the best arrangement of words would be just empty if the content and substance are not of worth..

Such content and worth are generated by knowledge and analytical power to a certain extent

But only to a certain extent..

If one is to communicate effectively, he should be able to understand the feelings of the target..

He should be able to empathise with the target..

And should love the listener too.. if it is possible..

Words correct in grammar and diction need not carry the message.

But the intense emotions,

the sincerity of purpose,

the readiness to be of help..

all these will get transmitted fully to the audience..

Maybe some people can make first impressions with slogans and songs..

but enduring and purposeful communication can happen only if the speaker and the listener are in a sort of mental sync..
