अमरी कबरी भार भ्रमरी मुखरीकृतम्
दूरीकरोतु दुरितम् गौरी चरण पङ्कजम्॥
amarī kabarī bhāra bhramarī mukharīkṛtam
dūrīkarotu duritam gaurī caraṇa paṅkajam||
May the lotus feet of Gauree the Uma Parvathy,
whose lotus feet are resounding with the drones of the beetles
that have reached there when the ladies of the heaven place their heads at Uma's feet
and the beetles have accompanied the flowers decorating the plaited hair of such goddesses..
the ladies of the heaven who have long braided hair, have their hair adorned with fragrant and divine flowers.. And beetles are droning around those flowers attracted by the aroma and the sweet content of the flowers..
These ladies all place their heads at the feet of Gauree the Uma Parvathy.. The beetles switch over their allegiance.. They find that the feet of the mother is the real lotus flower and so they hover around that benevolent pair of feet,
The pair of lotus like feet of Uma is having its surroundings resounding with the drone of such beetles ..
