A sensible and intelligent person, should speak truth, reveal facts, when such truths and facts would bring happiness and peace to all people around, including the speaker and thelistener. However, if he is aware or is even conscious that disclosure of a truth would cause misery or trauma to the persons who are at the receiving end, then, he should, in his wisdom, just maintain silence.
