It is very rainy Anna.
But usually the brahmin agraharams and the Perumal or Shiva temple forming their nuclei are always located at safe and secure locations.
Some difficulties might be there in going out gathering flowers for pooja etc .
But there would be no incients of floods earthquakes and similar calamities reported from agraharams.
We are fairly safe now..
But we were absolutely safe in good old days.
