the teertham from Vishnupadam.. would destroy all the sins committed in one crore lives.

कोट्यो हि ब्रह्महत्यानामगम्यागम्यकोटयः।

ताः सर्वा नाशमायान्ति विष्णुनैवेद्यभक्षणात्॥

विष्णोः पादोदकं पीत्वा कोटिजन्माघनाशनम्।

तस्मादष्टगुणं पापं भूमौ बिन्दुनिपातनात्॥

। इति श्री भविष्योत्तरपुराणे श्रीकृष्णयुधिष्टिरसंवादे शलिग्रामस्तोत्रे

koṭyo hi brahmahatyānāmagamyāgamyakoṭayaḥ|

tāḥ sarvā nāśamāyānti viṣṇunaivedyabhakṣaṇāt||31|

viṣṇoḥ pādodakaṁ pītvā koṭijanmāghanāśanam|

tasmādaṣṭāguṇaṁ pāpaṁ bhūmau bindunipātanāt||32

| iti śrī bhaviṣyottarapurāṇe śrīkṛṣṇayudhiṣṭirasaṁvāde śaligrāmastotre

The above two are the concluding stanzas of of Shaligramastotram of bhavishyottara purnaam

The meaning is

All the sins incurred by committing Brahmahatya.. or murder of learned people, and crores of amorous activities indulged with partners with whom such relations are prohibited, would be destroyed by partaking in the Naivedyam offered to Lord Vishnu

The repectful partaking through drinking the water that has passed through the feet of Lord 'Vishnu .. the teertham from Vishnupadam.. would destroy all the sins committed in one crore lives..

And if a drop of such water after such respectful drinking is offered to earth, that would give results eight time as effective as just drinking the teertham..

Of course, the believers can decide..

But the water that has washed the lotus feet of Lord Narayana can surely save us...
