आरभेत नरः कर्म स्वपौरुषमहापयन्।

निष्पत्तिः कर्मणो दैवे पौरुषे च व्यवस्थिता॥

इन्दिश्चे स्प्रूचे ३७१५ मार्कण्डेयपुराण

ārabheta naraḥ karma svapauruṣamahāpayan|

niṣpattiḥ karmaṇo daive pauruṣe ca vyavasthitā||

indiśce sprūce 3715 mārakaṇḍeyapurāṇe

A person should embark on a project that is dear to him banking entirely on his own initiative, resourcefulness and hard work.. and if he is really serious about his objectives, there should be no hesitation or dithering in taking such initiative.

At the same time, it will do good to all to remember that the end result, the final turnout of any project would depend on the hard work and the initiative of the enterpreneur and also on the vagaries of fate, which we may call luck, serendipity or Divine will.

The point to be noted is that if we do not give our own cent percent to the project, no luck or blessing is going to take us anywhere.
