अक्षेषु मृगयायां च स्त्रीषु पाने वृथाटने।
निद्रायां च निबन्धेन क्षिप्रं नश्यति भूपतिः॥

akṣeṣu mṛgayāyāṁ ca strīṣu pāne vṛthāṭane|
nidrāyāṁ ca nibandhena kṣipraṁ naśyati bhūpatiḥ||

A king or person occupying a seat of authority slides into infamy and destruction, when he becomes addicted to paly of dice, hunting, excessive indulgence in carnal pleasures, by becoming habitual drinker, wasting time in mindless and untimely sleep and by roaming around without purpose
