Afflicted by the Planet Krishna

न्यस्त क्रीडनको बालो जडवत्तन्मनस्तया
कृष्णग्रह गृहीतात्मा न वेद जगद् ईदृशम्॥
श्रीमद् भागवतं ७-४-३७
nyasta krīḍanako bālo jaḍavat tanmanstayā
kṛṣṇagraha gṛhītātmā na veda jagad īdṛśam||

A very interesting narration in the Seventh Skanda, Chapter 4 of Srimad Bhagavata Puranam..
Prahlada, the son of Demon Hiranyakashipu
was a devotee of Krishna
right from the day he was born
Sri Suka is describing the usual conduct and behaviour of the boy Prahlada..
The boy had abandoned all plays so natural to youngsters..
He was practically immobile like a dead person
while keeping his mind constantly fixed in Krishna.
He never understood,
nor did he try to understand
what was happening in the world around him,
because he had become almost mad
as if he were afflicted by a planet (evil?)
which has a name Krishna..
We talk about Shani, Mars , Rahu , Kethu, Gulika etc affecting us..
Just wondering when will the planet Krishna have even a look at us?

പ്രഹ്ലാദന് ബാലനായിരിക്കുമ്പോള് തന്നെ അവനെ കൃഷണ ഭക്തി ഭ്രാന്തെന്ന പോലെ ബാധിച്ചിരുന്നു
ശുകന് പറയുകയാണ്
ആ ബാലന് കളിയെല്ലാം ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു ജഡമെന്ന പോലെ ഉന്മത്തനായി കൃഷ്ണന് എന്ന ഗ്രഹത്താല് ബാധിക്ക്പ്പെട്ടു മനസ്സിന്റെ താളം തെറ്റി ഈ ലോകം എന്താണ് എന്ന ബോധം ഒട്ടും ഇല്ലാതെ ജീവിച്ചു.
നമ്മെയൊക്കെ ആ കൃഷ്ണഗ്രഹം എപ്പോഴെങ്കിലും തിരിഞ്ഞുനോക്കുമോ ?
