Some situations in life are enigmatic. Some thoughts and remarks are too quixotic
Just consider a situation
We are discussing the sacred presence of River Ganga..
We talk of
How Ganga was born..
How Ganga and her tributaries make the plains in the Northern India lush with green and plenty..
How temples and Gods queue up in the banks of the great river and her tributaries.
How the Hindu and the Indian treats it as ultimate in piety to have a dip in the clear and cool waters of that mother of a river, that goddess of a river, that beautiful lady of a river..
And suddenly someone interjects..
" I brushed my teeth and washed my mouth standing on the shores of the river.."
True, that action is realistic.. Before taking bath, all of us would have done that too..
But even though that statement is true, the listener or a participant in a discussion on the greatness of river Ganga would rather feel disconcerted, as if he has placed his legs into some dirt..
Everything is technically right..
But often the timing is miserably wrong..
Life is like that..
