I read a post that there are no guarnatees or warranties in life.. It sets me thinking..
Warranties and guarantees follow purchase or investment.. If there is no commitment or contract for purchase and the matching payment, where is the question of guarantees and warranties?
The commitment comes by way character, truthfulness, and Divine grace, and perhaps we earn the resources for investment from our past Karmas, deeds or goodwill earned already..
The possibilities and opportunities again visit a person who has initiative..
The prey of an animal does not enter the mouth of a lion which is just sleeping away its time..
Ultimately this is what upanishads said..
Uttishtatha, jagratha, praapya varaan nibodhata...
उत्तिष्टथ जाग्रथ प्राप्य वरान् निबोधत
