बृहस्पतेरपि प्राज्ञो न विश्वासं व्रजेन्नरः।
य इच्छेदात्मनो वृद्धिमायुष्यं च सुखानि च॥
इन्दिश्चे स्प्रुचे ४४८६ १९८६ पञ्चतन्त्रे
bṛhaspaterapi prājño na viśvāsaṁ vrajennaraḥ|
ya icchedātmano vṛddhimāyuṣyaṁ ca sukhāni ca||
indiśce spruce 4486 1986 pañcatantre
A diligent person who is keen to keep his own progress, life and comforts in tact should never repose his faith completely in texts and theories, even if such ideas are attributed to the great Brihaspathi. One has to be circumspect ever.
