If that supreme power will withdraw us as an effete piece once it has decided to stop showcasing us..
Perhaps like medicines which has reached the expiry date..
When that moment comes, and the source of energy is dried up, we become redundant not helpless.
The ripe fruit, which has given out its seed, is no longer helpless but is dead and gone. Maybe like a manufacturer of high cost products, the Power keeps even the cripples and disabled for some time in the hope that they may also have a market..
Little wonder some such products have not only survived but achieved more output than the fully operative machine.
From Aruna, the product of a prematurely broken egg (his own mother shattered the egg out of impatience..), who is now protecting the earth from the scorching heat of the Sun by being a shield and charioteer of that terrible orb,
from Beethoven, from Surdas, from Dhritarashtra, from Stephen Hawking – to cite some examples-- how many such products have excelled over the best and structurally perfect creations..?
Helpless means lack of help from that supreme power and nothing else..
We mortals do not have any control over such situation
