इति श्रियाऽशिक्षि सहोदरेभ्य

Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth learned her charectiristic tendency to move away from one beneficiary to another at short notice from her brother, Ucchai ShravaaH the horse who also appeared from the Milky ocean
She learned the trick of being bent and crooked from the Moon, her another brother born in Milky ocean…the crescent moon is always curved and crooked, you know
She learned the craftiness to make everyone under her influence swoon and forget themselves.. she learned this lesson from her yet another brother Halahalam, the poison which emerged from the same milky ocean.
But how and from whom did she learn the tendency to be ever keeping safe distance from people who are having noble qualities?
The poet wonders..
The poet here indicates that wealth is fickle, it comes and goes, wealth makes its owners crooked, wealth makes people go overboard with illusory pride and arrogance. In addition it is a strange phenomenon that people who have good minds and sterling qualities are usually afflicted by poverty.
