To mislead others is the worst sin

Often people with some command over some language,

and some peripheral to limited knowledge on some subject,

tend to write and give opinions about subject,

although their own grip over the subject

is limited and controversial..

But readers,

and followers,

especially in social media just lap them up

and

quote,

share

and publish

such incomplete to erroneus ideas,

and within very short time

such views and ideas become very popular (undeservedly and dangerously so)

and some such views even obliterate

the views and opinions generated and nurtured

over decades and centuries

on the basis of constant study and validation..

The new gurus might feel proud about their cheap and quick popularity..

They would be be popular and in time run would derive even material benefits too

But to spread wrong

and incomplete

knowledge and

to purvey outrageous ideas

is not only a sin,

but can be termed as a grievous crime.

Such malignant spread of ideas would really kill the society..

So intellectual pollution should be avoided at all costs..
