Such a person would never flourish or prosper

अधार्मिको नरो यो हि यस्य चाप्यनृतं धनम्।

हिंसारतश्च यो नित्यं नेहासौ सुखमेधते॥

इन्दिश्चे स्प्रूचे ३४३९ मनुस्मृत्याम्।

adhārmiko naro yo hi yasya cāpyanṛtaṁ dhanam|

hiṁsārataśca yo nityaṁ nehāsau sukhamedhate||

A man who remanins unrighteous habitually, a man who does not heistate to flout the laws of righteousnesss and the laws of state and society too, A man who has earned and accumulated money through means that lack in truthfulness and righteousness too, A man who is ever engaged in inflicting harm on others through his own personal actions or through activities of his henchmen,

Such a person would never flourish or prosper in real terms in this world.

यो नरः which man अधार्मिकः वर्तते remains unrighteous, does not hesitate to flout ordained laws and the laws of the land, यस्य नरस्य of whose धनं money, accumulation of money, wealth अनृतं earned through dishonest, illegal means च अपि वर्तते too is , यः who नित्यं daily, as a matter of habit or course हिम्सारतः भवति engaged in harming others personally or through inflicting harm engaging henchmen , असौ नरःthat man इह in this world न not सुखं comfort, happiness,एधते flourish
